at 53-12 are dedicated in providing an excellent service. Our experienced
and friendly staff are always at hand to assist you in all your
triathlon and multisport needs. All shop staff are actively involved
in Multisports and we are committed to only stock products that
we would wish to use ourselves. We believe our extensive knowledge
of multisport, from training to racing, is of utmost value to our
customers.
We opened the business in September 2000 and have continually grown
over the years. In July 2006 we were seriously affected in the Cowdray
Centre fire, which destroyed our shop and all stock. However with
the determination to keep going we are now re-open in a bigger and
better shop on the same industrial estate. Please see the Location
tab above to see where we are now. Its well worth the visit!
53-12 Multisports is our Colchester based multisports
club. We currently have over 80 members including junior elite triathlete
Abbie Thorrington. The club is not aimed at just the professionals,
we have members of all abilities and ages! We compete in Triathlon,
Duathlon, Aquathon, Cycling (Time Trialling and MTB), Running and
Swimming events and anything else that is of interest! If you would

We sponsor the 53-12 Cross Country League, which is growing year
on year. It covers the North Essex area and is open to members of
affiliated clubs. If you would like to get involved in any of the
sports we participate in, please call us on 01206 505011. We have
club runs from the shop on Tuesday and Thursday evenings and Saturday
morning. Bike night is Wednesday.
We are open 6 days a week (Monday to Saturday) and stock a wide
range of triathlon and multisport products. We are always happy
to assist you with any specific requirements and we specialise in
world wide mail
order.
Regardless of your sporting ability, we aim to provide a complete and professional
service to all our customers. Any feedback or suggestions from customers is also
welcome to enable us to make improvements wherever possible.
